TCM #021: 3 ways I'm harnessing the power of ChatGPT

I've been hearing some chatter in the DTC space, with folks claiming that AI and GPT4 is "just glorified Googling".
Well, I'm here to tell you that's like saying a Ferrari is just another car. It's time we set a few things straight.
I've been tinkering with GPT4 for months now, and let me tell you, it's so far from just another tool in the toolbox – it's the entire shed of freaking tools!
It's become an integral part of my day-to-day operations. Ignore it at your own peril.
The AI world is moving at a ridiculous speed, and even for a tech junkie like me, it's a wild ride trying to keep up (I'm not kidding).
But here's the good news – you don't have to keep up with everything. You just need to leverage the heck out of this AI powerhouse and start delegating to it today.
So, without further ado, let's dive into a handful of actionable ways you can start using ChatGPT4 in your business right now.
1. Brand Voice Consistency:
One of the biggest challenges in marketing is maintaining a consistent brand voice.
But guess what? ChatGPT4 can help.
Let's use Vacation Inc as an example.
Feed it a piece of text that encapsulates your brand voice, and then give it a new piece you've written.
Ask it to tweak your new piece to align with your brand voice. It's like having a brand manager who ensures every word you put out there resonates with your brand.
You don't need to and shouldn't copy it verbatim, but use it to get past creative blocks.

2. Ad Creation:
Remember those hilarious Porsche ads from the 90s? Want to create something similar for your brand?
Let's take Vacation Inc as an example again.
You can ask ChatGPT4 to create ads in a similar style, making it fun and engaging.
You can even use the URL via a browser plugin to help ChatGPT4 understand more about the brand.
It's like having a creative ad agency at your fingertips 24/7 that responds in seconds.

3. Customer Service:
Dealing with a tricky customer and not sure how to respond?
Copy the entire conversation and ask ChatGPT4 for advice.
It can help you craft a response that's friendly, professional, and on-brand.
It's like having a customer service coach guiding you through those tough interactions.
Once you've got the conversation rolling, GPT4 will always remember the context so keep feeding it new CS enquiries.
And again, make requests of it like I did in the example below at the end.

These are just a few ways you can harness the power of ChatGPT4. But seriously, this is just the tip of the iceberg.
There's so much more you can do with this AI tool such as uploading files for interrogating the data, as well as solving complex coding issues.
Treat GPT4 like a co-pilot and give it as much context as you can.
